Warranty

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Warranty Term. All Whiskey Stills are covered by a 2-year replacement warranty for the original purchaser of the Whiskey Still Company for defective products (“Limited Warranty”). If your Whiskey Still is found to be defective in this time frame, it will be replaced or repaired by the Whiskey Still Company.

Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for an original Whiskey Still sold by the Whiskey Still Company. Items that are Not Covered. The Limited Warranty does not cover the following: physical abuse or damage to the still .

Original Purchaser. The Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser who purchases a Whiskey Still through the Site. The Limited Warranty does not cover any purchases of Whiskey Still from unauthorized resellers and/or any Whiskey Still that is sold “as-is”, “scratch and dented”, “used”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Whiskey Still is not “new” or of “first quality”. Any purchases of a Whiskey Still from an original purchaser will not be covered under the Limited Warranty

Product Replacement Terms. Except as otherwise provided herein, Whiskey Still Company will not charge you to repair or replace your Whiskey Still if it is covered under the Limited Warranty.

 

REFUND POLICY

All products come with a ninety (90) day satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply call or e-mail Whiskey Still Company within ninety (90) days of purchase and you will be sent a prepaid shipping label to be used in the return of your product.  To return your product, simply box it up, affix the prepaid shipping label, and drop it off at any FedEx drop-off location or call FedEx and schedule a pick up.  Once the product is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@whiskeystill.net.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@whiskeystill.net and send your item to: Whiskey Still Company, 3500 Brittmoore Rd, Houston, TX 77043

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery
