Your cauldron and pumpkin moonshine recipe await …

In honor of the season of witches and things that go bump in the night, I would like to share this delicious pumpkin moonshine recipe with you so you can put your cauldron to work.

Of course, you can feel free to call your beautiful hand-hammered copper cauldron a still (as we often do), but being that it can help you create wondrous potions that can alter your mood, make you fall in love, and ease your aching bones … cauldron just seemed more appropriate – especially at this time of year!

Ingredients

  • 1 large can pumpkin puree 
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut palm sugar 
  • 2 T. pumpkin pie spice mix 
  • 1 can (12 fl. oz.) of thawed frozen apple juice concentrate. 
  • 2 pints of moonshine

Directions

In a blender combine pumpkin puree, sugar, apple juice concentrate, and 2 pints of moonshine.

Blend until smooth and then pour the mixture into mason jars, seal and refrigerate. Let sit for at least a day, then pour over ice, put a little in your coffee, or enjoy straight up!
