Terms of Service

Whiskey Still Co. will not charge the buyer for any item until it is ready to ship, this excludes stills pre-paid under our back-order page.  Whiskey Still Co. uses a secure Authorize.net and Pay Pal processing service to process all transactions and therefore accepts all major credit cards in addition to Pay Pal account payments.  In order to protect the buyer and Whiskey Still Co. from potential fraudulent transactions, payment in any other form (i.e. check, money orders, or cash) will not be accepted. To better facilitate business to business transactions, there is an exception to this policy: we do accept bank wire transfers and cashier's checks for commercial still orders over $1,000 with a valid IRS-EIN.

Whiskey Still Co. aims to ship all orders within 3 business days of order receipt using FedEX, however; most orders are usually shipped next day. Shipping is calculated at time of purchase (checkout). No orders outside of the United States. Please be aware that orders from Texas will include an 8.25% sales tax.  All orders from other states are tax free.

All products come with a ninety (90) day satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply call or e-mail Whiskey Still Co. within ninety (90) days of purchase and you will be sent a prepaid shipping label to be used in the return of your product.  To return your product, simply box it up, affix the prepaid shipping label, and drop it off at any FedEX dropoff location or call FedEX and schedule a pick up.  Once the product is received, you will receive a 100% refund of your purchase price.
